A LORRY has overturned near the Lancaster roundabout at Lakeside.
The incident is not as serious as it was first thought and has been cleared, according to reports.
The incident happened at around 1pm. The lorry was carrying a load of metal. It was understood both the overturned lorry and the metal it was carrying were blocking the A126 northbound, between the Lancaster roundabout and the flyover which crosses Fenner Road.
This is the second lorry to tip on to its side in the Lancaster roundabout area of the Lakeside basin in the space of two weeks.
The roundabout links Heron Way, for Ikea, West Thurrock Way, the A126 and Lakeside shopping centre's south entrance.
