Eastleigh played very very well with only ten men for most of the second half. But a late winner sees Concord take the spoils. Brilliant result for the Beach Boys.

Eastleigh played very very well with only ten men for most of the second half. But a late winner sees Concord take the spoils. Brilliant result for the Beach Boys.

Strevens with a chance but he heads straight at the keeper! The referee blows up! Concord win!

Dan Cowley chose his subs well today! Great management.

Concord are looking to consolidate possession late on. They have won a freekick in the far corner. Who bets they keep it there?

The excellent Sam Collins is replaced by Joe Gardener.

Fantastic cross by White from the left finds substitute Cawley and his looping header beats the keeper and finds the far corner.

It's a Concord goal! Amazing!

Only minutes to go. Seemed as though the points will be shared. Probably a fair result although Eastleigh have done very well with only 10 men.

Poor ball evades everyone and its a throw on the far side.

Southam bursts into the box but is denied by a fantastic block by Glozier. Corner is cleared by King but the ball comes back and it's another corner.

Collins and White link up brilliantly but the latter's shot is just beyond Stokes. So close to a winner!

Terrific pass by Stokes finds Cawley but his touch is poor and the keeper claims.

Jamie Collins has talked himself into the referee's book.

Green with a fierce shot but it's straight at Butler.

Ten minutes to go at the Aspect Arena. This could go either way.

Southam is booked for a late tackle on Ogilvie.

Concord havent had many chances this afternoon but have been clinical with the opportunities they have created.

It's an equaliser and it is substitute Tony Stokes. His header at the near post flies past Flitney like a bullet. Great goal.

Goal for Concord!

Collins near post drive is looking for Goodacre. Corner.

Collins shoots from 30 yards once again but the Concord man sees his near post shot tipped wide. First real effort of the second half for the Beach Boys.

Concord sub - Steve Cawley comes on for Banton.

Ben Wright has been replaced by Craig McAllister for Eastleigh.

Disaster for Concord. Ben Strevens scores after a mix up between Gordon and Butler. The keeper can't claim the ball and leaves an easy tap in for the forward.

It's a goal for Eastleigh!

Concord sub - the excellent Taylor Miles is replaced by Tony Stokes.

Ball is cleared by Collins. Away side still look the better team with 10 men.

Wight and Glozier have been called to the referee after some pushing and shoving. No cards shown though. Eastleigh have a corner.

Looks as though Dillon will slot in at centre back with Spence moving to right midfield and Beckwith at right back.

Change for Eastleigh - Fleetwood is replaced by Chris Dillon.

Ogilvie with a very speculative shot from 30 yards which is a long way off target.

Eastleigh still the team pressing after going down to ten men. Green has been a very good outlet this afternoon in the left back position.

A very strong tackle with King and the ref had no hesitation in producing the red card. A melee afterwards is well dealt with by the man in the middle.

Straight red card for Connolly!

Banton is finding is increasingly difficult to fend of the Eastleigh centre backs. Stokes an option on the bench.

Miles has been impressive in midfield for Concord this Fternoon. Very composed but with some strong driving runs in the midfield.

Connolly is in again but he cannot bring the ball under control and the keeper collects. Away shouts for a penalty there for a tug.

Wright is freed in the left hand channel and his left foot shot is across Butler and into the net.

Equaliser for Eastleigh!

Collins ball in is flicked behind for a corner. The ball is right on top of the keeper who clears very well under pressure.

Eastleigh have begun the second half the same way as the first. Nice slick passing and they have a freekick on the far side.

Eastleigh kick off

Eastleigh out first. Warming up in the centre circle.

Teams back out.

Lewes 0-1 Grays

East Thurrock 0-0 Wingate

Bury 0-1 Billericay

Ryman North

Aveley 1-1 Dereham

Thurrock 0-0 Barkingside

Tilbury 2-3 Waltham Abbey

Terrific first half of football. Well contested and a brilliant goal as well. All the glasses have been collected from the Eastleigh fans.

Concord 1-0 Eastleigh

Great turn by Fleetwood in the box and he appeared to be pulled down. Nothing given and the ball is cleared.

Good play between Banton and White but the latter's deflected shot is saved comfortably.

Collins and Ogilvie have switched sides for the last five minutes of the half. Not sure what that is down to.

Collins outswinger is met by King but over the bar.

Concord can be very pleased with this first half. They have held their shape well despite being pulled all over the place by the Eastleigh front three. They have a corner to end the half.

Beckwith in a tangle with Banton in the box but nothing given. He was certainly obstructed but probably not enough for a penalty.

So close to a second. Ogilvie breaks down the left and his low cross is just beyond Banton. The Beach Boys have really stepped up their game in the last ten minutes.

Seems the break in play hasn't served Eastleigh well. The fans have quitened down and the players are struggling.

It has come out of absolutely nothing but what a goal to break the deadlock! Miles finds Collins in the right hand channel and his left footed shot from the corner of the box is bent beautifully past the despairing Flitney. Concord lead!

Unbelievable goal by Sam Collins!

Collins with a fierce shot that is off target. First shot of the day for Concord though - it has taken more than 30 minutes to come.

Seems as though some visiting fans have been told to leave. Game back on.

The away side may be performing but the visiting fans certainly aren't. A glass has been thrown at Butler. Amazingly Danny Cowley has come onto the pitch to reason with the away fans. They have been told to move from behind the goal.

Another chance for the visitors. Southam sprints forward but his cross shot just evades the lunge of Wright. The ball goes narrowly wide.

King and Goodacre have been excellent at the back for Concord. Although the away side have had a number of chances they have made some vital blocks.

Green's freekick is poor but goes straight through the Concord wall and is collected by Butler.

Cowley in late on Wright and Eastleigh have a freekick in a good position. Pressure is growing.

Eastleigh corner after good work by Connolly but the danger is cleared.

Strevens and Wright link up really well and Strevens is in! Fair play to Butler who is off his line in a flash to collect at the striker's feet.

Sam Collins links up well with Banton but the latter can't quite reach the long ball and Flitney can clear.

Saying that, Connolly jumps very well at the far post to find skipper Southam but his drive flies over.

Banton with space on the left but his through ball just evades Ogilvie who had burst from his own half. Concord have looked much more compact since conceding that early chance.

Banton is looking increasingly isolated up top. Very much a nippy frontman and he is being buffeted a bit by Beckwith and Todd early on.

Concord have their first spell of retained possession. Cowley looking to organise the midfield. Wants more from midweek hero Ogilvie.

Freekick for Concord. Collins delivers but straight into the arms of Flitney.

Fleetwood and Collins with a neat exchange of passes but nothing come of it. Moments later the first real chance. Ben Wright sidesteps the defender but shoots over when he should have scored.

Glozier is sticking very tight to the dangerous Strevens. The Spitfires frontman is starting to show his frustration.

West Ham youngster Miles gets on the ball for the first time and feeds the ball into the channel for Banton. However the ball is cleared.

Strevens with another chance but Butler does well to smother the show from close range.

Concord havent got out of their half so far. Gordon concedes another corner.

Green delivers to Strevens but his flick only finds the side netting at the near post. Strong start from the away side.

Lots of noise from the visiting fans this afternoon. Supporting their team from behind the goal Eastleigh are attacking. Fleetwood wins a corner.

Good early pressure from Eastleigh. Southam with a free kick to be delivered from the right, it finds Todd at the far post but goes behind.

Concord kick off.

Lovely sunny day on Concord Island as the locals calls it. Pitch is boggy in places but aside from that conditions couldn't be much better.

Teams are out of the tunnel.

Concord will play in yellow and blue. Eastleigh in blue and white. Updates to resume from 3pm.

Plenty of goals running through the away side here. Also - former Fulham and Grays Athletic 'keeper Ross Flitney is between the sticks for Eastleigh this afternoon.

Eastleigh XI: Ross Flitney, Dan Spence, Michael Green, Jamie Collins, Dean Beckwith, Chris Todd, Reece Connolly, Glen Southam, Ben Strevens, Ben Wright, Stuart Fleetwood

Subs: McAllister, Noice, Odubade, Dillon, Wilson

Concord Rangers XI: Jamie Butler, Leon Gordon, Danny Glozier, Nicky Cowley, Steve King, Paul Goodacre, Taylor Miles, James White, Zane Banton, Sam Collins, Gary Ogilvie

Subs: Lampe, Rees, Stokes, Cawley, Gardener

Lampe, Harris, Cawley and Stokes drop out of the side. Loan signings Miles and Banton start.

Teams to follow and and as expected there are changes for Concord.

Good afternoon and welcome to the Echo's live text coverage of Concord Rangers vs Eastleigh in the Skrill South.
This match comes less than two days after The Beachboys reached the Essex Senior Cup final although the home side will make a number of changes for this high-profile clash against second placed Eastleigh.
Concord are expected to hand debuts to two loan signings from Conference side Luton Town. 17-year-old striker Zane Banton and 18-year-old midfielder Ian Rees were ineligible for Thursday's cup win but are available to Danny Cowley today.
With Concord playing every three days for the rest of the month, Cowley is expected to rotate his squad this afternoon.
Meanwhile, Eastleigh come into this game after a midweek draw at Eastbourne Borough. However, Richard Hill's side has goals running through it, with Odubade, Fleetwood and McCallister scoring 27 goals between them this campaign.
In October Concord picked up a very impressive point in the reverse fixture although Eastleigh have designs on automatic promotion after a fantastic run of form.
However, with only one win in their last four away league matches and playing a side looking for their fourth win on the bounce The Spitfires can be sure they will face a tough test today.
Please leave your feedback with @echoluke this afternoon.
