YOUNGSTERS learning about slavery have been educating their MP.
Year 8 pupils at King John School, in Shipwrights Drive, Thundersley, welcomed Castle Point MP Rebecca Harris.
They have been learning about child trafficking as part of a Unicef campaign to help the victims.
The students talked to Mrs Harris and showed her films they had produced on the topic.
Four pupils will attend an event in London in July to speak to Theresa May, Home Secretary, about slavery.
