A VIDEO shows emergency services and residents negotiating the flooded streets of Westcliff

The clips show people driving along Fairfax Drive which is under about two feet of water.

its the drains again it was coming out of the manhole covers wasn't as bad as it looked, wish they wouldn't exaggerate so much will increase our insurance, if they sorted the drains it wouldn't happen at all!

Drains can only take so much water which in this case was a greater volume than the drains could take.
