POLICE are hoping to reunite stolen jewellery with its long lost owners.
Pendants, brooches and lockets have been found by officers following an investigation.
Police said they had not been able to track down its owners. They have released photos in the hope someone will recognise them.
Investigating Officer Dc Deborah Williams said: "Some pieces are quite distinctive and I want to return them to their owners. Some were found in a brown bowl and a large amount was found with an old Black Magic chocolate box.” Anyone who recognises these pieces is asked to contact Dc Williams at Basildon CID on 101.
A 35-year-old man from Basildon has been charged with burglary offences and receiving stolen goods.
