A TRENDY Leigh bar could be expanding to accomodate three flats.
A planning application has been submitted to put an extra floor at the top of the Vine, in Leigh Road, for two flats and an extension at the back for a maisonette.
The plans also include parking spaces and cycle storage, plus a balcony.
Southend Council will rule on the application within two weeks.
