POLICE are trying to track down the owners of a haul of jewellery which they believe was stolen.
The suspected loot was recovered when a man was arrested in Leigh on February 10 on suspicion of burglary in Westcliff, but the owners could live anywhere in the county.
The items included two sets of earrings, two bracelets and a ring.
Despite numerous attempts by police to trace the owners they have not been found.
Anyone who believes it is theirs can call PC Karen Miller at Southend Police Station on 101.
