HOUSE-HUNTERS who want to live close to the city centre in Aberdeen
are being invited to visit a Stewart Milne Homes development where the
first homes are being released for sale.
Belmont Mews is located near Ashgrove Road in one of Aberdeen's
popular residential areas and offers a choice of, flats, semis, villas,
and bungalows, with allocated car parking and attractive landscaping
already planned.
Stewart Milne's divisional director, Donald McInnes, says: ''The one
and two-bedroom flats will be popular with young professionals who want
the convenience of being close to their place of work. The two and
three-bedroom semi-detached and detached villas and bungalows will
appeal to families and retired couples looking for good local amenities
which can be easily reached by foot or bus.''
Prices start at #51,950 for a one-bedroom flat and rise to around
#76,250 for a three-bedroom detached villa. All the homes will benefit
from central heating, double glazing, smoke detector s, fully fitted
kitchens and a full NHBC 10-year warranty. The first home will be ready
for occupation in spring 1995.
''Over a dozen homes have already been reserved since the development
was officially launched and we are receiving a large number of enquiries
each week, especially from people connected with the hospital or
university, as it is convenient for them,'' says Donald McInnes.
