Jeffrey Robert NEIGHBOUR "Jeff" died 23.06.18, Aged 47 years Dearly loved and loving Husband to Gemma, smashing Dad to Tom, Jack and Albert. Cherished Son, Brother, Nephew & Cousin. A celebration of Jeffs life will be held at Southend-on-Sea Crematorium on Thursday 19th July at 12.40pm. Please no flowers or dark clothing although a touch of "Chelsea blue" would be welcome. Donations in Jeffs memory may be made at the service or by: gofundme.com/Jeffneighbour. We aim to plant an ancient olive tree for Jeff. "A good friend, a decent bloke"
