Chris COOK 20th June 1962 -18th July 2012 Chris passed away suddenly at home She was a devoted Mother, Wife and beloved Sister who will be sadly missed by all her Family and many friends Funeral service to be held at Southend Crematorium on Tuesday 7th August 2012 at 2.40pm All those who knew Chris are welcome Flowers or donations, if wished, in Chris's memory to The Maternity Unit at Southend Hospital c/o S.
