Dawn HAZLEWOOD Sadly passed away unexpectedly on 31st July 2012 Daughter of Helen, Mother of Laura and Tom. Will be greatly missed by very many Funeral Thursday 23rd August, at 11.00am at Herongate Wood CM13 3SE, followed by family committal at Upminster Crematorium Please wear Bright colours. Please bring any flowers from your garden. If desired, donations to St Lukes Hospice or The Cats Protection League.
