SHE'S a ladette who blossomed into something of a lady - now reality TV star Holly Clements has gone all out to enhance her feminine side.

The 22-year-old former wildchild, who shot to fame in the popular ITV series six months ago, has just splashed out £3,500 for a ground-breaking new type of breast enhancement.

Holly, of Gunhill Place, Basildon, has been able to trade in her tomboy T-shirts for pretty tops after soaring from an A to a D cup - thanks to a procedure branded the "lunchtime boob job".

Now she's hoping her new-found curves will help her achieve her dream of becoming a TV presenter.

Instead of going under the knife, Holly, who is studying to become a legal secretary at South East Essex College in Southend, had the drug Macrolane - which contains hyaluronic acid - injected into her breasts.

The procedure, which took place at EF MediSpa in Kensington three months ago, is becoming increasingly popular among women.

The drug gives the look and feel of implants, with the ability for a woman to go up several cup sizes, but it only lasts for about 18 months. After that, top-ups are needed if the patient wants to continue having bigger breasts.

Although not permanent, the injections spare the woman from having to go through surgery and the painful post operation recovery associated with traditional implants.

Holly, who is 4ft 10ins tall, made headlines when she appeared in Ladette to Lady - a series which aims to turn around the lives of wayward young women.

She said: "I absolutely love my new shape. I think it's brilliant to have injections. They look and feel much more natural than implants and although they don't last forever, I think that's better.

"I like the idea of having bigger breasts for a time. Then, if I don't want them any more, I'll naturally go back to my original size. If I want to go bigger, though, I can do that by getting top ups. You can't lose as far as I'm concerned."

Holly's procedure was done under local anaesthetic and she was in and out of the clinic within 45 minutes.

"It was so fast and uncomplicated. It didn't hurt hardly at all either."
