SOUTHEND fashion students created a range of hypothetical ideas and products for high street clothes shops.
The fashion and clothing students from South East Essex College were given the challenge for one of their projects and Teija Glynn, 17, from Southend, came up smelling of roses with her package design for a new perfume at Zara.
She said: "Zara used to sell a perfume but it was unsuccessful. I wanted to bring it back with exciting packaging with a twist - so it could be reused to store jewellery, and be environmentally friendly."
TopShop was the store of choice for Harriet Case, 17, from Laindon, who also created a perfume package and advertising design based around a nose.
Another student Lauren Passfield, 20, from Thundersley, chose H&M and created a range of posters and bags to help raise awareness of the brand Hello Kitty.
Daisy Fosh, 17, from Hockley, also picked H&M as her target store, where she works part time.
