SCHOOL cooks are celebrating more stars for their award-winning school dinners.
Environmental health officers were so impressed an on-the-spot inspection at the Abacus Primary School, Wickford, they gave it five stars for hygiene and the school kept its gold healthy eating award.
Headteacher Gillian Brinded said the awards were down to the hard work of catering unit manager Annette Clark and her team. She added: “The school is very proud of their successes.”
