IT WILL be a case of two for the price of one at Churchills, Southend, this Sunday. Jerimiah Marques and the Blue Aces have been booked for the venue, but instead of playing just one style of music, they'll be performing two.
The group's main musical style is deep Chicago blues, transporting audiences to the blues heyday of the Fifties, and the sounds of Howling Wolf and Muddy Waters.
Their talents don't stop there, however. They also perform roots reggae, as exemplified by Toots and the Maytals. This double dose is led by frontman Jerimiah Marques.
He'll be joined by Pete Nash, on piano and slide guitar and West Weston on harmonica, both highly respected and in-demand blues musicians.
