If you have been thinking of trying Zumba Fitness classes, or have tried and found a class too difficult, my classes will be ideal for you. I keep the steps simple to follow, and then offer options for those who want to work harder. Zumba Gold classes are ideal for beginners, older adults and anyone with joint problems or a lot of weight to lose.
