Well, it’s dark. Following on from the original, this maintains its scary theme while trying to keep a balance in the whole universe. And you can’t get a theme much bigger than that.

Fights, moves, battles, perseverance, and some Death. And that’s Mr Death to you, brother of Mr War from the first one.

Horsemen? Apocalypse? Nevermind – all you need to know is that you will be doing some pretty darn hard bundling.

Of course, as every sequel needs to be, this is longer, bigger (see universe reference above) and more graphically brilliant.

If you love adventures, and some puzzles, and of course doing mammoth battles with many varied and lunatic foes, this is the one for you. It’s all here, loot, grappling along absurd bits of the scenery.

And just look at it – that is something amazing. It does borrow quite a few bits from others games, but what’s wrong with that? If done right that is.

Sometimes, the explosions and visuals can hide what you are actually doing with all those special abilities. The geography looks epic, and the settings stunning.

I reckon you’d be crazy to miss this one, no matter how many similar battlers you’ve played – it really is that special.
