Marvel series Agent Carter is due to arrive in the UK with Fox winning the rights to air it.

The show will be a spin-off from the Captain America movies and will see Hayley Atwell back in her role as Agent Peggy Carter working for the SSR (Strategic Scientific Reserve) in 1946, but bored after being relegated to administrative work.

But then her old acquaintance Howard Stark (Dominic Cooper) gets in touch in need of her help as he has been framed for unleashing his deadliest weapons and needs her help in tracking them down, along with the real culprit.
