Dancing Queen will make you boogie

IT’S time to find those flares and pull out the platforms as Dancing Queen comes to the Cliffs Pavilion.

The show, a celebration of Seventies’ disco dance songs, comes to the venue in Station Road, Westcliff, on Sunday. Hot on the heels of the success of Broadway’s Mamma Mia, it pays homage to Abba.

Expect classic hits from the Swedish group, including Money Money Money, Voulez Vous and Take a Chance. But it’s not just Abba songs that get a makeover – audiences can hear other timeless tunes from the likes of the Bee Gees and Village People.

Fronted by four lead singers and 16 dancers, Dancing Queen includes creative choreography and beautiful costumes. The non-stop, party atmosphere will get all ages up on their feet for a boogie.

Tickets start at £17.50. Doors open at 8pm. Call 01702 351135.
