GET on your bike and start peddling your way to fun and fitness at Hadleigh Country Park, with a cycling event open to all, coming up at the end of the month.
It takes place on Saturday January 27 and is hosted by Aspire MTB, suitable for all abilities and ages with everyone welcome to turn up and "have a go".
The organisers say "it doesn’t matter what bike you have or what you wear. All we ask is that the faster and more experienced riders are courteous and respectful towards those just starting out in the sport – Aspire MTB is about fun and fitness, there are no ranking points on offer."
It starts at 9:30 am - 3pm and costs £5, £7 and £12 depending on age.
