GENESIS and Peter Gabriel fans, hold the line!

Renowned music author Daryl Easlea, who wrote Without Frontiers: The Life and Music of Peter Gabriel, will be in conversation with the legendary Richard MacPhail, author of My Book of Genesis, at a forthcoming event in Westcliff, and you are invited.

Hosted by Metal arts in conjunction with the Essex Book Festival which is taking place all through this month, the event - Gabriel: The Second Coming - takes place on Wednesday, March 28, in the beautifully intimate Chalkwell Hall in Chalkwell Park, Westcliff.

The event marks the new updated paperback version of Easlea's book.

If that wasn't enough for you, Gabriel songs will then be played acoustically by Angel Melodyhorn, followed by dancing "with records of a prog-psych-beaty nature" played by Middle (P)Age Spread.

Tickets are £3 advance from Eventbrite or £4 door.

The event is one of many in a jam-packed calendar of Metal's, which is running its Pop Up Writer's House as part of the Essex Book Festival, all the way through March, day and night.
