PREPARE to be 'spellbound' (you see what I did there?) when the highly reputable Lizzie and the Banshees take the stage at the Cricketers Pub this Friday, March 30.
The band, who claim to be the "UK's premier and most authentic tribute band to Siouxsie and the Banshees at the height of their success" promise to provide the "raw intensity the Banshees had, that revolutionised the music industry".
Since forming in 2012, Lizzie and the Banshees have been touring all over the UK and Europe ever since, including doing three shows at the 100 Club in London including during the 40th anniversary tribute to the 1976 punk festival.
Lizzie and the Banshees say they will perfectly in capture the sound, look and feel of the real Banshees.
Expect hits such as Spellbound, Arabian Knights, Christine, Dear Prudence, Hong Kong Garden, Happy House, Cities in Dust and more.
Admission is free at the pub in London Road, (on the corner of Milton Road) Westcliff.
The fun starts at 8pm.
