I transferred to Essex Police in Essex in 2007 as a Sergeant, where I led a response team. I joined the Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) in April 2009. Together with my Neighbourhood constables, and Police Community Support officers, my aim is to work closely with our partners and provide community members with the highest quality Police service, reduce crime and anti-social behaviour across the district
