Sergeant Claire DUNN

Having joined Essex Police in 1998 I have spent many years serving my local community. Your Neighbourhood Policing Team for Rayleigh is committed to reducing crime and anti-social behaviour. Your Neighbourhood Constable Pc Steve Joynes is working hard to address local issues. Your PCSOs Kelly BOWEN and Laura MERRELL have been working effortlessly to reduce nuisance youths in the area and can be seen regularly patrolling the streets of Rayleigh. With your cooperation we can work together to ensure that Rayleigh remains a pleasant place to live. Should you have any concerns or would like to discuss any issues you may have, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Pc Steve JOYNES

I am the Neighbourhood Police officer for the Rayleigh, Rawreth and Hullbridge areas within Rochford District. I have over 23 years experience having spent the majority of that time in the District. I am an avid Manchester United supporter. I still enjoy running about the pitch myself on a Sunday morning in the Vets league but am certainly no Eric Cantona. Please contact me to discuss your crime, anti social behaviour and general policing concerns or thoughts regarding the Neighbourhood.

PCSO Kelly BOWEN

I have worked for Essex Police in the Rochford District for over four years. Some of that time has been in Hullbridge and Hockley. I am always happy to help and offer advice. I am determined to keep Rayleigh a safe and pleasant place to live and work.

PCSO Laura MERRELL

I have worked for Essex Police as PCSO for over 5 years. Most of that time has been in the Rochford District. I am currently looking after Rayleigh and happy to chat if you need help or advice.
