IT doesn’t seem too long ago funny man Paul Foot was last in town. Paul returns to the Palace Theatre, Westcliff, with A Retrospective on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, offering a different show each night.
He says: “I revisit three of my shows from the past. While this might seem unusual, I want to do this because all three shows are very different and were all created in a short period of time, 2009-2012.
“One is about structure with an unexpected ending, one is built around fantasies of my mind, while the other has two pieces which are uncompromising and extreme, but in different ways. They have all become shows I am very proud of and that I would love to share with audiences.”
