Seafront toilet block flushed away
TOILETS at Canvey's Labworth car park have been demolished as part of the island's seafront regeneration.
The £1million first phase of the project is expected to be open for the summer season and the toilets are the latest old building to go.
Castle Point Council opened another new block at the Labworth in October. It had promised to open new facilities before pulling down the old ones.

I just hope they are vandal resistant and built to a standard that deters the cruisers from causing problems, it is a practice that is sickening threatening especially for the kids.
Dark Lane Thundersley was a good example of creepy behavaviour.
I personally am not either gay OR anti gay BUT do not like to enter a toilet with some creep standing there waiting to meet others for a game of billiards!

Know why the Navy nicknamed one of their cruisers "Nympho"?
Because there was no problem getting her out of her slip and filling her with seamen.

Why the need to build new toilets? Portable urinals are put out in Southend but the "clubbers" still prefer to use shop doorways, alleyways and gateways. All watched on CCTV but action never taken.
