Food for thought class

FAMILIES were given the chance to cook together at a community workshop at Shoeburyness High School.

Youngsters and their parents were given an introduction to healthy eating and make some tasty food.

The event formed part of a series of community workshops organised by Southend Adult Community College.

Other classes included learning holiday Spanish and information technology.
