Routine car stop nets burglary suspects

THREE south Essex men were today arrested on suspicion of carrying out a burglary following a routine vehicle check by police.
The men, a 26-year-old from Basildon and a 22-year-old and 24-year-old from Southend, were stopped driving a silver Toyota Aventis in Nethermanye, Basildon, at 1.30pm.
They have been arrested on suspicion of burglary and are currently being questioned by detectives about a break-in in Hornchurch, east London, just a few hours earlier.
