TEN fire crews were called to a fire at a paper recycling plant at Tilbury Docks yesterday afternoon.
The blaze was on such a large scale crews from Orsett, Grays, Corringham, Basildon, Rayleigh Weir and Southend were all called.
Crews had to wear breathing apparatus to fight the blaze in the industrial unit.
They were first called at 3.40pm on Sunday and crews remained at the scene on Monday morning to dampen down the scene.
