Peter Shilton gets ban for drink driving in Essex

FORMER England goalkeeper Peter Shilton admitted drink driving when he appeared in court this morning.
Shilton, 63, was arrested outside the home of a female friend in Manor Road, Colchester, on February 24 after being found to be driving with excess alcohol in his system.
Shilton, 63, of Kenilworth, Warwickshire, is England's most capped player, having made 125 appearances for his country.
He played more than 1,000 competitive matches for 11 clubs including Stoke City, Nottingham Forest, Derby County and Southampton.
Shilton was ordered to pay fines and costs totalling £1020 and was banned from driving for 20 months
