Police hunt man suspected of attack on woman
A MAN, suspected of punching, kicking and headbutting a woman, is being hunted by police.
Pollice want to question 23-year-old John Haslett in connection with the attack on Devonshire Road, Laindon on January 28 this year.
The 21-year-old woman was walking along the road when she was pushed to the ground, kicked, punched and headbutted. She was left with numerous cuts and bruises to her hands and legs.
Police have released a picture of Haslett and are appealing for anyone who knows where he is to contact them.
Anyone with information about Haslett’s whereabouts can conatct police at Basildon on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
