Terry was arrested earlier this year following the incident on Fenchurch Street in the capital’s Square Mile.
Tudor Musteata, 47, of Tarves Way, London, and Stephen John Niland, 36, of Quarels Park Road, Romford, were also charged with causing a fear of violence that was racially aggravated.
All three have been bailed to appear at City London Magistrates’ Court on July 23.
