POLICE are appealing for information after valuables were stolen from hand luggage on board a plane at Southend Airport.

Officers are trying to identify a man they want to speak to in connection with the theft.

Stolen from a bag, while it was stowed as hand luggage, was an Apple iPad, an Apple iPad mini, a black Apple iPhone and a Pandora bracelet with charms.

The items were stolen on Thursday, August 15.
