A firefighter at the fire
FIREFIGHERS were called to a bungalow fire in Rayleigh last night.
Half of the bungalow in Louis Drive, Rayleigh, was alight when firefighters arrived at about 9.30pm.
The entire property was heavily smoke logged and crews had to use breathing masks as they tackled the fire with two hoses.
No-one was trapped or missing as a result of the fire, which was out by about 10.15pm.
