Christmas troublemakers warned of frosty reception at Bas Vegas
6:00am Thursday 19th December 2013 in News
FESTIVE revellers at a Bas Vegas have been warned to behave or be moved on this Christmas.
They will be using dispersal and banning orders as well as confiscating alcohol and cigarettes from anyone underage or acting anti-socially.
Security teams at the centre will be taking names and addresses from those causing problems.
Police will also be on site to take any further action.
Malcolm Buckley, Basildon councillor responsible community safety, said: “It is great to see action being taken on troublemakers.
“It is unacceptable behaviour and puts other visitors’ safety at risk.”
The SOS bus will also be present and taxi marshals will help revellers return home.
