POLICE are appealing for information after more than a thousand pounds of electricals were stolen from a house in Southend.
The break-in happened at an address at The Grove between 8.30am and 3.30pm on Monday January 13.
Intruders kicked open the front door, ransacked rooms and took electrical items valued at a four-figure sum.
The items included a black Toshiba laptop, an iPad2, a 250G Xbox, a 4G Xbox, three console controllers and a pair of Turtle Beach headphones.
Any witnesses, anyone who saw or heard any suspicious activity in the area or anyone offered any of these items in suspicious circumstances should contact the investigating officer, DC Christian Forbes, at Southend CID on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
