A BASILDON man is due to appear in court this morning charged with attempted murder on halloween.
Gunshots were fired at a pick-up truck in Sainsbury’s car park on Brewery Road, Hoddesdon in Hertfordshire shortly before 9:30pm on Thursday, October 31, 2013.
Nobody was injured.
On Sunday, January 26, Quey Williams was arrested in Manor Royal in Sussex.
He is charged with one count of attempted murder, one count of being in possession of a firearm with intent to commit an indictable offence and one count of dangerous driving.
The 19-year-old unemployed man from Crays Hill is currently detained in police custody prior to his appearance at Hatfield Remand Court today.
At the time of his arrest, a 46-year-old woman and a 14-year-old boy, both from Billericay, were also arrested and later released on police bail until February pending further enquiries by Hertfordshire Constabulary.
