A MAN wanted by police has been arrested.
Tony Bavin, 36, of no fixed address, was arrested in Benfleet at lunchtime today after a police appeal for his whereabouts.
Bavin, who was initially described by police as being from Southend, was arrested on suspicion of breaching a community order made by Southend Magistrates' Court on February 13.
