ACTOR Warwick Davis is bringing his talents to the Palace Theatre this week as part of the cast of See How They Run.
The show runs until Saturday March 1 and is part of the first theatre tour starring The Reduced Height Theatre Company, a venture set up by Davis to promote talented short actors in the UK.
The show is described as a wonderfully funny and much loved farce as well as a comedy of ‘small’ proportions, just staged with short actors and a height-adjusted set.
As the first production of the company, and The Palace just the second theatre on the touring schedule, theatregoers in South Essex get the chance to see the show before the majority of the country.
Davis famously appeared as the Ewok, Wicket W. Warwick, in Star Wars and played the title roles in Willow and the film series Leprechaun.
He has then gone on to play fictional versions of himself in the Ricky Gervais-penned sitcom Life’s Too Short.

Davis said: “The formation of The Reduced Height Theatre Company is a dream realised for me.
“As a short actor, I am not always afforded the same professional opportunities as my taller colleagues.
“This new venture will tip the balance in favour of myself and the other talented short actors in the UK.
“In these times of equality and diversity, this will be a unique, bold and empowering journey.”
