Still have not heard from Hullbridge, Basildon or Hullbridge

Gulls players saluting fans behind goal

Whistle goes. Canvey 2-0 Margate. Moments before CUrran put ball in net but offside flag was up

Canvey just trying to keep hold of ball now. Happy with this score

Into injury time now. No indication of how much given

Got to be honest, I don't think Sands was touched

GOAL! Curran slots past Nelson who has been forced into goal.

Three minutes left and it is Canvey 2-0 Margate

Bull sent off. Feels hard done by.

PENALTY TO CANVEY! Bull brings down Sands

Canvey's defence has been good all day and cut Margate out. Can they do it for a few more mins?

Free kick to Canvey. Chatting takes on left wing. GOAL! B-Edwards fires it into the net.

After 81 minutes it is Canvey 1-0 Margate

Jefferson Louis fires a shot goalwards, but it is deflected away from goal. Amazingly the ball spins so much it stays in field and is cleared by Dumas

That chance for Canvey appears to have woken them from their slumber. Look more spritely now

Curran down just outside box. Not looking too good but seems to be getting back up and playing on

SO CLOSE FOR CANVEY! Finally they put few passes together and Sands outside of the boot shot crashes onto the crossbar

Canvey not linking up at all well. Been unable to sting four or five passes together in this half

Canvey make last sub with Strickland replacing Hallett. Curran moves upfront

Free kick to Margate after B-Edwards fouls Ademeno. Louis pings shot well over bar and out of stadium. Nearly reaches the sea wall!

Both sides cancelling each other out at the minute. Lots of ball stuck in the middle third. not all that exciting to be honest

Sheldon Sellears replaced by Harrison Chatting for Canvey

Canvey also forced to bring off Bartley after getting injured in tackle by STuart.  Alaile comes on

Margate replace Medley with Charlie Ademeno

First chance of half for Canvey as Sellears finds Sands in box, but his shot is blocked by Stuart

Margate skipper Stuart booked for foul on Bartley

Margate looking the better team so far in the second half. Gulls struggling to keep ball for more than a couple of passes

Dangerous cross fired into Canvey box from left but it evades Louis' head

Good run by Bodkin who then sends a shot just wide of Canvey's goal

Curran wins ball fairly off Bodkin but ref blows for foul

Bodkin curls free kick on target but Vickers makes a comfortable save

Medley races through and Vickers saves, but offside flag is up. However, ref Graham Kane blows up for earlier foul on Louis. Free kick Margate

Hallett lofts ball into box, but Bull beats Curran to it

No changes at half time for either team

Second half kicks off

Canvey and Margate coming back onto the pitch. Attendance here at Park lane is 406. Good turnout

Half times from Echoland:

Billericay Town 1-1 Cray Wanderers

Enfield 1893 0-0 Bowers & Pitsea

Farnborough 0-1 Concord Rangers

Great Wakering 3-0 Stansted

Southend Manor 0-1 Greenhouse

East Thurrock still playing first half sue to 15 minute delay after assistant ref got injured. They are 1-0 up at Maidstone United..

Would say it is quite even here. Margate look bit better on ball but Gulls defence fending them off. Canvey creating more chances but not the final bit of quality required

Canvey 0-0 Margate

Flashpoint here as Nelson flies into challenge on Sellears. Yellow given by ref but players unhappy with that tackle. Was high. Lucky not to be red in my opinion

Free kick to Canvey. Sellears takes sending ball into box. Bartley gets header on it but it goes over. Had his back to goal, difficult chance

B-Edwards nearly runs Canvey into trouble by making hash of running with ball towards his own goal and Bodkin behind him, but Vickers does well to claim ball in the air

Clever work in corner byu Bartley to kick ball into Medley and win goal kick. Smart football

Free kick to Margate about 40 yards out. After few passes Medley hits shot but humphrey deflects out for corner. The corner itself does not go past front post and is cleared

Free kick to Canvey. Ball passed to Webb who cannot control shot and flies over bar

Nelson races through for Margte into Canvey box, but his pass to Louis misses the intended target. Ball eventually goes to Allen who hits a shot from 30 yards out wide

Bit of miscommunication in GUlls defence sees Bodkin nip in round back but Humphreys and Bartley recover well to see off danger

Halfway through this half and it must be said Margate look better on ball but Canvey defence is standing up to the challenge. GOing forward Gulls look bit unsettled but have create more chances

Sellears getting talking to from ref. THink the Gulls player said a little too much after he thought he had been fouled. Break in the game as Margate's Allen gets treatment

Corner to Margate. Rents takes. Bartley nods out of dangerzone though.

Another Canvey long ball sails aimlessly over Margate defence. Really have to do better than that

Margate break down other end and Sammoutis' long range effort is pushed wide by Vickers. Resulting corner sees goal-line scramble but ref blows for foul on Canvey

Nice work by Sellears dinking over top for Sands to get head onto ball. But Bull blocks shot. Good chance

Mistake by Beckles whose clearance slams straight into Sands. However the Canvey forward cannot find hallett with cross

Gulls skipper Humphrey calling for more pressure on the ball. He's got a tough task today marking Jefferson Louis who looks a wily old pro

Early on it does not seem, like it is clicking for Canvey down right wing. Particularly with B-Edwards and Webb. Not giving in form Curran much to work with

Great ball by Dumas into box but his GUlls team-mate Hallett is judged offside

Not a bad start by Margate who sit seven spots below Canvey in RPL table. Lots of possession and Gulls have given ball away a couplke of times already

Sellears gets chance eight minutes in for Canvey when he swivels round a defender and hits a shot on edge of box. Goes over though. Great ball by Carter to Sellears in that move

Free kick to Margate on right win deep in Gulls half. Rents' ball is so long it goes out for throw on left hand side

Both teams seem to be going for 4-4-2 formations. Standard

Gulls striker Jason Hallett feels he was grabbed by Margate player going for header but ref waves appeals away

Margate up in final third early on, but Wassmer's shot is weak and comfortable for Vickers to grab

When these two teams met earlier in the season the game finished 1-1. WIll it be another draw again or will someone pop up with a winner?

Sides out on pitch. Canvey in their traditional yellow and Margate blue and white hoops

Canvey and Margate players lining up in the tunnel about to go out onto pitch

In other news, Danny Heale is wearing shorts today. THat is how nice the weather is at Park Lane

Gulls boss Danny Heale said on twitter earlier he wants a reaction from his players today after losing their last two games following an unbeaten ten game run. Can he get one today?

Non-league football legend Jefferson Louis starts for Margate today. I remember him playing for Oxford United against Arsenal in the FA Cup years ago. He's about 38-years-old now

Been told Margate skipper Jamie Stuart got sent off here at Park Lane once for hitting his own team-mate!

Jo Carter who is on loan from Gillingham for rest of the season starts for Canvey today
