A LEADING Labour MP visited a booming Basildon business to mark its landmark anniversary.
Staff at NewHolland, in Cranes Farm Road, treated Michael Dugher, Labour’s shadow Cabinet Office minister, to a tour around the tractor factory.
This year, the firm is celebrating an impressive 50 years of production from its Basildon base.
As part of the Golden Jubilee celebrations, New Holland has launched a limited edition tractor and invited a handful of special guests on tours.
Mr Dugher was joined by Labour parliamentary candidates Mike Le-Surf and Gavin Callaghan.
The three also met a family in Thurrock to discuss the cost of living crisis, and took part in a campaign session in Pitsea.
