CCTV released after DVDS worth £200 stolen from Wickford shop

DVDs worth almost £200 were stolen from Co-op, Wickford.

POLICE are looking to identify the two men pictured after DVDs worth almost £200 were stolen.

DVDs were stolen from Co-op in St Peters Road, Wickford, at about 1.45pm on Tuesday July 8.

The first suspect is described as white, aged between 21 and 40, approximately 5 ft 9 in height and wearing a blue gilet and light blue jeans.

The second suspect is described as white, aged between 21 and 40 and with long hair tied back.

He was seen wearing a grey jumper with black trousers and a large ear-stretcher in his right ear.

Anyone who recognises the men or has any information about this theft is asked to contact police on 101.

Since when was 40 old? Just wondered.

There are people in their 50s that look fitter and better than those in their 30s these days.

It's difficult to work out how old some people are too. Some look older than they are and others look younger.

And before the usual idiots start carping and slagging me off, I'm in the second category, so I am often told.

But it's true. And the situation is not helped by grainy security camera pictures. I'm surprised they are not better quality, given endless upgrades in digital technology.
