Travellers move off illegal pitch
TRAVELLERS have moved off an illegal pitch in Basildon.
More than 20 caravans moved onto the derelict car park site, off East Mayne, on Tuesday night.
Most of the caravans moved off this morning, with three still left.
Residents said mounds of rubbish had been left.
