CHILDREN enjoyed sun, sea, sand and ice-cream, with a day of beach combing.
Milton Community Partnership, a charity that improves the quality of life of Milton ward residents, in Southend, by encouraging people to build a closer community, took a group of children beachcombing on Jubilee Beach, in Southend.
Children met at the Milton gazebo, near Pebbles One kiosk, in Marine Parade, before heading to the beach.
The group spent their time digging holes in the warm sand before cooling down with an ice-cream.
