Butterfly day for children
FLUTTER by Langdon Nature Reserve later this month for a beautiful butterfly encounter.
The beauty spot, off Lower Dunton Road, Laindon is hosting a butterfly-themed event on Thursday August 28 from 10am until noon.
Over-fives and their families will be able to discover how caterpillars turn into butterflies, then head into the woods and meadows to count the insects for themselves as well as enjoying games and craft activities.
