Police incident in residential street
A MAN has been detained under the mental health act after an incident at a house in Sutton Road, Southend.
Armed police were passing the house when a domestic incident is said to have taken place at about 1pm.
The man was detained by officers. It is not thought anyone was injured in the incident.
Police have been unable to confirm any further details.
