Leyton Orient boss Fabio Liverani insists none of his players will leave before this summer despite claiming he wanted to change his entire starting XI on Saturday.

The Italian launched a scathing attack on his players after their dismal 4-1 home defeat to Scunthorpe United but underlined his squad will not leave before  the transfer window shuts tonight.

Speaking via a translator on Saturday, Liverani said: "I should have replaced 11 players today. We will see what we bring in but all the players that are here since July are all responsible for this situation so they will stay here until the end of the season."

Orient have been looking for a goalkeeper throughout the transfer window and were understood to be keen on Cardiff City's Joe Lewis, who is on loan at Blackpool.

But it remains doubtful whether the O's will be active in the transfer market today as they look to avoid relegation from League One.
