SERVICES are now returning to normal after rail passengers faced delays getting in to London this morning due to electrical supply problems.
The issue, between Forest Gate and Romford, resulting in delays to services between Shenfield and London Liverpool Street.
The problem has now been fixed but trains are still subject to cancellations or delays of of up to 20 minutes.
The 8.30am and 11.10am services from Southend Victoria, plus the 9.55am from London Liverpool Street, have been cancelled, with other services from Gidea Park, Chelmsford, Ilford and Witham also experiencing disruption.
Abellio Greater Anglia tickets are being accepted by Transport for London buses between Gidea Park and London.
Network Rail engineers were on site but have now repaired the problem.
