Christopher Miller, 33, Rochester Way, Basildon, admitted posession of cannabis in Pitsea on December 18. He received a 12-month conditional discharge, was ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

William Sellers, 64, of St Chads Road, Tilbury, admitted breaching a domestic violence protection order on March 6. He was fined £50.

Jordon Stubbings, 20, of Tate Close, Basildon, admitted using threatening words and behaviour against another man in Basildon on February 12. Stubbings was handed a community order with a condition to attend appointments with a probation worker. He was ordered to do 100 hours’ unpaid work. A restraining order was also made. He was ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge with £85 costs.

Kerry Davey, 30, of Bewley Court, Southend, was found guilty of fare dodging. She travelled from Laindon to Southend Central without paying £6.30 for a ticket.

She was fined £92, ordered to paya £20 victim surcharge and £110 costs.

James Kivlehan, 55, of Gay Bowers, Basildon, admitted driving while using a mobile phone. He was caught using it in Swan Lane, Wickford, while driving a Toyota Avensis on March 12 He was fined £60, ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £90 costs.

Christopher James Bambury, 23, of Furze Glade, Langdon Hills, admitted possession of 0.6g of cocaine. He was caught with the drug in Basildon on February 22.

He was fined £380, with a £38 victim surcharge and £85 costs. He had to forfeit the drugs.

David Burgess, 33, of Elgar Close, Basildon, admitted possession of cannabis in Basildon on February 21 He was fined £35, ordered to paya £20 victim surcharge with £50 court costs.

Lewis Perry, 22, of Beeston Courts, Basildon, admitted possession of 0.5g of cocaine in Basildon on February 22. He was fined £35, ordered to pay a £35 victim surcharge with £85 costs.
