Dave Heath set aside his classical composition activities and returned to his early roots in rock and jazz, although he did draw on some of his tunes from The Rage. The show featured his considerable performing talents on both flute and the less common bass flute, flanked by electric keyboards and bass guitar, while his indisposed drummer should be restored for the weekend. Galaxy, a haunting tune by the reclusive Martin Hickey, described by Heath as ''the Syd Barrett of jazz'', and the funk-reggae hybrid Brixton offered nicely contrasting approaches. A lampoon on God Save The Queen followed by a sincere Candle In The Wind revealed the big softie behind the radical, while the angry Sarajevo provided a powerful finale.
